Noise & Disturbances : Please be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Upkeep : Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
Pets : Pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets.
Maximum Occupancy : Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your flat. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damages & Breakages : Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the
management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Safety & Security : Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the flat unattended. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
