Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa — including all enclosed areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms
.Outdoor Smoking
Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor smoking zones. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the bins provided

Any cigarette burns, stains, or damage will be charged to the guest.
Charges will cover full replacement of damaged items (e.g., a burnt sofa will be charged in full, not just for repair).
